For me having a good EDC (every day carry) tool is essential to daily survival. You never know when you need to pen a bottle, tighten a loose screw or cut something. I am always on the lookout for the “perfect” (if such a thing exists) EDC tool. Though I currently carry the Leatherman Style (CS) (a gift from my kids), my favorite EDC tool is the Gerber Artifact. But I’m always on the lookout for anything better. The PIRANHA Pocket Tool seems to fit the bill.

Winter is coming, and though I’ve tried various chemical based hand warmers, nothing beats the old fashioned Zippo hand warmers. Updated color for a more modern look, this will be my next purchase for the winter months to come.
